Mark D. Taylor, P.E., founded Jaymark Engineering Corporation (JEC) in Houston, Texas in the year of 1984. Mr. Taylor has developed a staff of qualified personnel with experience in consulting engineering and construction management services for educational, industrial, commercial, federal and public works facilities. JEC was formed because Mr. Taylor wanted to be recognized as an entrepreneur and as a leader in his profession earning a fair return for delivered services. Mr. Taylor was first introduced to construction during his childhood by working with construction companies owned by his family relatives. He maintained an interest in engineering and construction by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and working ten years prior to establishing JEC.

Jaymark Engineering Corporation and Bignonia Integrated Services (BIS) Current/Future Projects:

JEC and BIS are embarking on a new collaboration to provide engineering, design, and construction for upstream and downstream projects in the oil and gas industry.  This collaboration will focus on drilling, production, and engineering services.  Moreover, JEC and BIS will also provide training services in operations, safety, procurement services, and logistical support.  The geographical area of focus includes Angola, Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, and Sudan
